Diagnosed with Coeliac's at the age of 19, my personal journey has been a continuous quest to find gluten-free products that are not only safe but also good for you and delicious. In recent years, the challenge has been navigating through cafes and restaurants that offer "Gluten-free" or "Gluten-Friendly" products, often facing cross-contamination issues, making dining out a challenging experience. The primary goal of this website and the products featured here is to simplify the lives of individuals with coeliac disease and gluten sensitivities by providing safe and convenient options for consumption both at home and on the go.
